Refund Policy

The MINOMO App is currently free to use. This page is maintained as a placeholder for the future, when paid features become available.
1. No paid features in the current release
In the current version of MINOMO, all consumer features — account creation, following merchants, the Loyalty programme, push notifications, Discovery, MINA virtual guide, QR scanning, events and more — are completely free. As no payment is involved, no refund request can arise from app usage.
2. Loyalty points and vouchers
Loyalty points and discount vouchers earned at participating merchants have no monetary value, are not convertible into cash, not transferable, and not refundable. They follow the rules set by each issuing merchant (expiry, redemption conditions).
3. Future paid features
When MINOMO introduces paid features in a future release, this page will be updated with the applicable refund terms, including:
- The 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers under Directive 2011/83/EU, where applicable
- Specific rules for digital content consumed immediately after purchase (Art. 16(m))
- The refund procedure via the payment processor used (Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, Paddle, SEPA)
- Timelines and channels for refund requests
